Start date: The start day of the CSA is flexible. Due to weather patterns and product availability we cannot precisely determine which day the CSA will start.
Delivery: The bouquet and mason jar is delivered every other week. If you are out of town or unable to get your bouquet from your porch, you understand that it is your responsibility to find a substitute to collect your share. If the bouquet is not picked up, it is therefore forfeited.
Care: We harvest the flowers at their most fresh state. We are not responsible for damage to flowers after they are out of our hands. Please keep in mind that flowers are sensitive to excessive heat, direct sunlight, lack of water, and various other conditions.
Communication: We communicate primarily by email for announcements and information.
Payment: Once you pay for your membership, you have secured your place in the CSA for the respective season. There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of your CSA once purchased.
